The Motivation
Sole Conscious was inspired by my love for early 90’s hip hop and street photography. I love the colorful baggy style from back then. This is also where my true love for street wear brands/street fashion came about; which progressed to street photography. Particularly street fashion photography gave me a glimpse of real lifetime editorials. And that’s how Sole Conscious was born. I wanted to capture people in the street with my camera that represented street culture but not just fashion. I wanted to give back to a culture that I admire and love so much.
